40 Days Since Rebranding – What We’ve Learned and How We’ve Grown

⭐️ 40 Days Since the Roundabout Farm Rebarnd

This update shares what we’ve learned since the Roundabout Farm rebrand. In just over a month, we’ve welcomed 39 bookings, totalling 60 nights of stay, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement and feedback we’ve received along the way.

Rebranding wasn’t just about a new name. It was about creating a clearer identity, improving the guest experience, and building something warm, welcoming and genuinely reflective of the countryside stay we want to offer. And like any new chapter, the first few weeks have been full of learning.

⭐️ Improving our Guest Messaging

Our earliest bookings highlighted something important; guests needed clearer, more structured information before arrival.

So we completely redesigned our messaging flow. Guests now receive:

  • Navigation to Roundabout Farm
  • Suite-specific directions
  • Clear check-in details
  • Parking guidance
  • A full digital guest guide

This has already made arrivals smoother and more relaxed, exactly what we want for every stay.

⭐️ Responding to Feedback: Improving Soundproofing

We received a 3 out of 5 star review early due to noise from the neighbouring suite.

Instead of brushing it off, we investigated immediately and identified the cause: the adjoining door.

We’ve now:

  • Added enhanced sound protection
  • Ensured everything remains fully fire-compliant
  • Tested the improvement with multiple stays

The difference is significant, and guests have already commented on how peaceful the suites feel.

⭐️ Introducing Our June Special

To celebrate our first month as Roundabout Farm, we launched a June Special for guests staying this month:

  • All canine guests receive a complimentary doggy welcome bag
  • A free 90-minute hot tub session (with bookable time slots)

It’s been incredibly well-received and adds a lovely extra touch to each stay.

⭐️ Suite Updates Underway

We’re also in the process of refreshing and updating our suites, starting with Houghton Suite, which has been beautifully redecorated by Victoria.

We’ll be sharing a separate post with photos and details soon, it’s looking absolutely gorgeous.

⭐️ Looking Ahead

The first 40 days have been busy, rewarding and full of learning.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come already, and even more excited about what’s next.
