A Peaceful Countryside Escape
Roundabout Farm is a small collection of beautifully converted farm buildings set within seven acres of peaceful North Norfolk countryside. Thoughtfully restored and designed with comfort in mind, our suites and cottages offer a calm, welcoming base for guests and their dogs to relax and unwind.
Surrounded by quiet lanes, woodland edges, and open skies, it’s a place to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being away.
Boutique Guest Suites
Stay in one of our beautifully converted farm building suites, each designed for comfort, calm, and slow, peaceful mornings.
- Blickling Suite – A spacious, light-filled suite with a super-king bed, private sitting room and a kitchenette equipped for light use. A calm, vaulted retreat for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.
- Felbrigg Suite – A bright, welcoming suite with a super-king bed, a full kitchen for easy self-catering, and a cosy adjoining space perfect for reading or unwinding after a day exploring North Norfolk.
- Houghton Suite – A calm and comfortable suite with its own kitchenette and walk in shower. Houghton has a super-king and single bed to comfortably sleep 3 people.
Guests staying in Blickling, Felbrigg or Houghton have access to the shared outdoor hot tub, located in a sheltered corner of the main courtyard. To use the hot tub, a private time slot must be booked in advance, and a small charge applies per session. The hot tub is only available during booked sessions, ensuring a relaxed and private experience for all guests.
Oxburgh One-Bedroom Cottage with Hot Tub
A delightful one-bedroom cottage. Guests can enjoy a full kitchen with open plan dining and living space downstairs. Upstairs has a bath and shower to the left and one bedroom to the right overlooking the courtyard and stables. The bedroom has a super-king, single and a small day-bed.
Guests at Oxburgh can enjoy:
- A dedicated parking space right next to the cottage.
- The private courtyard features its own exclusive hot tub, BBQ and outdoor dining. Unlike Blickling, Felbrigg and Houghton, the hot tub is yours to use anytime during your stay and is included in the price.
If you are looking for greater flexibility, perhaps to accommodate a larger group, we are able to combine Oxburgh and Houghton together and Blickling and Felbrigg together. Please get in touch to ask if we are able to create a space that works for your larger group.

- Dog-friendly stays – We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs in all suites and cottages (a small additional charge applies), giving you the freedom to enjoy North Norfolk with your four-legged companions. All our doggy guests should be on a lead around the accommodation area and car park but they are free to go crazy off the lead in our new Dog Park. There is no charge for them to let off steam and enjoy being off the lead whenever you wish during your stay.

Our three boutique suites and one cottage can be booked individually or combined to create larger, more flexible spaces. Blickling and Felbrigg open together to form a spacious two-suite retreat, ideal for couples travelling together. Oxburgh Cottage and Houghton Suite connect to create Pear Tree Cottage, a self-contained two-bedroom home sleeping up to seven, complete with a private courtyard and hot tub (Houghton has access to the exclusive hot tub only when booked together with Oxburgh).

New for 2026, we now have a dedicated, enclosed Dog Park. Let your dog(s) enjoy being off the lead in our fully enclosed area. There is no charge and you are welcome to use it as often as you wish during your stay.
